Hayes Medical Integration accepts Tricare and Aetna health insurances.

If you have a different medical insurance that is not listed, no worries!  The practice is also an Out Of Network provider for most insurances and will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for re-imbursement. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company to inquire if you have benefits for Out of Network providers, if you need a referral, and what your insurance company's rate is for re-imbursement for Out of Network providers.

A private-pay option is also available, if you do not have health insurance.
