Hayes Medical Integration's mission is to provide AWARENESS of mental health, increase ACCESS to comprehensive and alternative medical services, and promote ACCEPTANCE of seeking psychological services within communities.

Ryeshod Spencer is an intern at Hayes Medical Integration.  He is currently a Graduate Student who has completed most of his course work for his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is preparing to complete the field experience that is required to obtain the degree.  Ryeshod is active-duty Air Force in the local area and serves as a Victims Advocate and also Master Resilience Trainer for the military.  The military has provided him the opportunity to work with people from a myriad of backgrounds.  He is looking forward to broadening his experience with military dependents, as well as those whom may have no military affiliation.  As he sees it, all are welcome!

When Ryeshod is not studying, he likes spending time with his family. Because he has spent a lot of time overseas, traveling has become a passion of his. He also plans to become a certified diver.
